Stone Community First Responders have been able to replace their ageing ambulance. This was achieved by the donations from local residents, businesses of Stone and a grant from the National Lottery. It is with grateful thanks to our community for your support that we have been able to achieve this.

The new vehicle a Ford Focus estate has been purchased from and converted by Hill and Swift of Meaford, who have supported the group from the beginning back in 2006 with the loan of the old ambulance and are continuing to do so with the servicing of the new one.

Fairway Service Station of Lichfield Road who have also been on board from the start have also very kindly agreed to continue their support by donating the fuel needed to keep the vehicle on the road. Lighting and graphics have been supplied and arranged by the Yarnfield based company Stanway storage solutions / lightbar-shop.co.uk
