The top Rotarian in Britain & Ireland visits Stone Rotary Club

Stone Rotary Club welcomed the top Rotarian in Britain and Ireland to its regular meeting on Monday 11th March, when President of Rotary International In Britain & Ireland (RIBI), Rtn John Minhinnick, was a guest.

The President of RIBI visits every Rotary District in the two countries during his year of Office and he was in Staffordshire, Shropshire and the West Midlands that week to see Rotary in Action in our local community.

It was a regular Club meeting, with guest speaker David Hyner, and several other Clubs’ visited both to hear a very inspiring speaker and to meet the President of RIBI.

Speaking after the meeting, the President of Stone Rotary, John Beamond, said that it was an honour for the Club to be invited to look after the top Rotarian in the country and he was pleased that the Club had had such an inspiring speaker for the occasion.
