Trinity Skills For Life, incorporating The Clifford Project and Trinity Work Skills is 10 years old this year. We would like to thank Stone and the surrounding community for all of the support we have received over these 10 years. In particular, for the home that Stone has provided for our young people with learning difficulties (some of whom are now well on their way into adulthood).

This year we are having some special events to commemorate our 10th Anniversary and would like to share these with everybody in our community. The first of which is our student’s annual Progress Evening at St Dominic’s School Hall on Tuesday 30th July. This is a great opportunity for us all to celebrate our achievements over the past year and our students are very eager to find out which awards they will receive.

On Wednesday 31st July we are having a Craft Open Day 10.30am – 2.30pm at Trinity Work Skills on Whitebridge Estate. We welcome friends, Parents, Carers and the local community to come along and celebrate with us! You will get a chance to see some of our students making lots of lovely craft items and you can also buy some of these items from our craft stalls.

Our Performing Arts group are having their annual show on Tuesday 6th August at St Dominic’s School Hall. This year will be even more spectacular than previous as they will be performing songs and sharing memories from the past 10 years. We have also produced a DVD/CD called ‘Thank you For The Music’ to commemorate our 10th Anniversary which will be available for purchase on 10th August. Some of our other events include a Disco Evening for our students and a parent/carers lunch.

We are looking forward to all of our celebrations and are so thankful for all of our achievements over the last 10 years, we hope for many more successful years in Stone.
