Local solicitors ORJ held a Charity Clay Pigeon Shoot on wednesday 25th September at Oakedge shooting ground, with businesses from around Staffordshire area.
The event was won by TC Interiors, who took home the ORJ Shooting Stars trophy. The event raised £5,000 for the Mayor’s Charity Appeal and both the Worshipful the Mayor of Stafford Borough and The Mayors Consort were at the event (The consort even had a go at shooting and proved to be quite a marksman!)
ORJ Partner, Patrick Tedstone “Everyone at the event seemed to have a great time. The turnout was excellent and raising £5,000 for the Mayors Charity Appeal made the occasion very special”
Mayor of Stafford Borough, Angela Loughran said
‘ORJ’s Clay Pigeon Shoot was a well organised event which was supported by a commendable number of businesses from Stafford and the surrounding area. My Consort and I had a very pleasant time when we joined the teams for the Final Flush and the buffet supper. It was evident when chatting with participants in the genial atmosphere that all had thoroughly enjoyed the competition in the impressive Oak Edge Park. I am grateful to ORJ Solicitors for hosting the afternoon and evening and for their very generous donation to the Mayor’s Charities.’
