SING4Business is a breakfast club that meets every Wednesday between 7.15am and 8.45am at Stone Golf Club. Membership is free and the group – officially known as the Staffordshire Independent Networking Group – is staging a special visitors’ day at the venue on Wednesday 5th March as part of a recruitment drive.

Networking is a proven way of improving sales and also enables business men and women to discuss the many issues that affect local enterprise over an early-morning meal.

A spokesman said:

“Other organisations charge a large retainer, we don’t, we simply charge for breakfast. We also have a core of experienced networkers who want to help other businesses with their expertise; it is time to break the mould and do things differently. The idea is to generate more business combined with workshops in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.”

One SING member, will writer Mr David Nixon, of Stafford based Staffordshire Wills, said:

“We are looking for small local businesses who may benefit from new business and heaps of advice. SING 4 Business is a fantastic way to win new leads: it’s like having extra ‘sales people’ looking for opportunities. My business levels have doubled in the last year. My business is totally reliant on trust and has grown through doing a good job for both clients and business partners who have to have the confidence to refer me on to their own clients and friends.

“We are really serious about each other’s businesses. We have a number of experienced people who offer workshop advice to new start-ups and do a bit of hand holding to help them get their business going and that is all free; invaluable”.
