The local branch of the Labour Party has selected Cheadle resident Sam Hale as its parliamentary candidate for next year’s General Election. Commenting on his selection, Sam Hale said
“I’m delighted that the members of Stone Labour Party have put their trust in me to fight the next General Election. I look forward to working with local residents from all across the constituency to tackle the cuts to local services we are seeing.
I have no doubt that this is going to be a tough fight, but we are building a solid team of local supporters and volunteers throughout the constituency”.
A former member of the UK Youth Parliament, Sam has played an active role in community life, receiving the Princess Diana Memorial Award for his service to the community.
