The children at Manor Hillbillies Nursery and pre school were extremely busy during December. Once again they collaborated with the Katherine House Hospice shop in the high street to create a superb Advent Window of “While Shepherds watched their flocks by night” which was unveiled by Stone First Responder Alan Taylor.
A Christmas dinner cooked by Mrs Benbow, the cook at Manor Hill First School, was enjoyed by all at the setting. A performance in front of all their families about a boy who built a snowman that came to life and went on to discover the real meaning of Christmas proved they are all star performers and finally a visit to the Chuckle house where Sara hosted a snowman themed party and the children were visited by Santa.
After all of this excitement a well earned rest was had by all.
