Neighbourhood Plan for Eccleshall

Around one hundred residents attended the pubic meeting to discuss the proposed plan for the future development of the Eccleshall parish at the community centre on Wednesday January 28.

A presentation was given by Councillor David Pimble the chairman of the steering group which has put the plan together. Questions were taken from the floor and answered by Councillor Pimble. The work of the group was applauded at the end of the meeting.

The next stage is for the group to consider responses to the consolation document making any amendments to the plan that are appropriate. The plan will then be submitted to the Borough Council planning department for approval.

The group have been working together with the borough Planning department.
