With the theme of Noahs Ark, you would have expected it to rain on Sat 17th January, but no, it was just cold. Nevertheless, twenty children embraced the various craft activities available at Messy Church, held in St Michaels Community Hall.

They got stuck in to painting ladybirds, this is why it is called Messy Church!

They also made a collage, built arks and made food to rival a bush tucker trial. At celebration time a rousing rendition of the animals went in two by two was sung, before hot dogs (two by two) fruit and cake.
Next session is Sat March 14th The theme is “The Saints” 3pm – 5.30 No charge, the only stipulation is that parents/carers stay with their children
