The Bishop of Stafford Visits Barlaston First School

Barlaston First School had a visit last week from Bishop Geoff,

The Bishop of Stafford, who led the school worship.

The Bishop brought his vestments with him and talked to the children about his stole, mitre and beautiful cape. The children had a chance to try some of these items on and spoke to the Bishop about the Gospels and the Trinity.

The worship was also enjoyed by staff and parents, who were invited into school to take part.
The Bishop then enjoyed a cup of coffee and a cake with the parents at our coffee morning following the worship.

A lovely morning was had by all.
