ADRIAN LEWIS has given his support to the Darts For Donna Louise Masters, which begins with local knockouts around Staffordshire during May and June.
The Darts For Donna Louise Masters event is giving players across the region the chance to compete in an event which is raising money for the PDC’s new official charity, The Donna Louise Children’s Hospice.
There will be 16 individual knockouts for players to compete in, costing £10 to enter for any player aged 16+. The 16 winners will then progress to compete in the Last 16 and Quarter-Finals in July, with the Semi-Finals and Final then taking place in a special charity night on stage at the King’s Hall in Stoke in October.
The last four players will be drawn to play with one of four Stoke-based PDC stars – Phil Taylor, Adrian Lewis, Ian White and Andy Hamilton – to play off for the Darts For Donna Louise Masters title.
”It’s a fantastic tournament and it’s going to raise money for a great charity, The Donna Louise Children’s Hospice,” said world number four Lewis. ”Stoke’s such a great darting area so for the local players this is a brilliant opportunity for them to take part in a big event and win the chance to play with Phil, Ian, Andy and myself at the King’s Hall.”
Andrew Cope was the winner of the opening knockout, held at the Red House in Longton.
Entry to the Darts For Donna Louise Masters costs £10 per player and is open to any player aged 16+ – players of all abilities are encouraged to enter this fun event!
