Stone Christmas Lights Switch On
It’s what we’ve all been waiting for … or at least some of us. In the USA, Christmas gets the nod after Thanksgiving … and in Stone, it’s after the lights switch on!
The date? Thursday November 19th starting from 5.30pm.
The Stone Combined Schools Choir get proceedings off to a cheery start at 5.45pm pm, followed by Rachel Meddings – 2014 Winner of Stone’s Got Talent Competition at 6.15pm.
At 6.30 pm it’s Jake Shakeshaft who appeared on BBC1’s The Voice and was on Will.i.am’s team – and his set will be briefly interupted at 7.0 pm for the big man himself – no-one less than Santa!
The hosting will be by Windmill Radio from Stafford. The usual fairground rides, food stands, stalls etc will be attending.
