Staffordshire Birders’ Conference, Oulton Village Hall – 5th March, 2016‏


Prompted by the need to protect the rare and endangered birds that are increasingly visiting our county The RSPB North Staffs Local Group will be facilitating the first ever Staffordshire Birders’ Conference at Oulton Village Hall, near Stone on Saturday 5th March 2016.

The conference will run from 10:00hrs to 15:00hrs with a series of short talks from various groups involved in birdwatching and bird protection in Staffordshire. Amongst those in attendance wile the RSPB representatives from the Society’s reserves at Middleton Lakes and Coombes Valley, the County Bird Recorder, West Midland Bird Club, Brewood Ringers’ Group, the British Trust for Ornithology and Staffsbirdnews.
