On Saturday 6th February members of Stone and District Swimming Club enjoyed their Annual Social and Gala Presentation evening. The event was a great success and an opportunity for club members to get together, have fun and to present awards and trophies to the gala winners.

Stone and District Swimming Club is a teaching club based at Alleyne’s swimming pool Stone and currently has spaces available for children who are able to swim a minimum of 25 metres using a recognised stroke such as front crawl or breast stroke. Session times are:

Saturday mornings 8.30 am to 10.15 am
Monday evenings 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm

The club is also keen to encourage more adult swimmers to its Monday 8 pm to 9 pm session. Coaching is available or just enjoy a leisurely swim. There is plenty of lane space for all abilities. Why not give it a try?
