Nature lovers are being invited to have a cuppa and raise some cash for Staffordshire Wildlife Trust at its next popular coffee morning at the charity’s headquarters near Rugeley.
The county’s largest nature conservation charity is holding the popular event at its Wolseley Centre HQ between 10am and 12pm on Friday 11 March.
As well as hot drinks, visitors can treat themselves to delicious locally-made cakes. Judy Pickard and her ‘Crazy Cup Cakes’ stand will be in attendance at the coffee morning event, and Jeff Brough from the Trust’s Cannock Local Group will be selling second hand books.
Sam Pachner, Conference and Events Officer at the Trust, said:
“We had a great turnout for our last coffee morning in February and are hopeful this month’s will prove just as popular.
“The best part is simply by coming along, buying refreshments and enjoying themselves, guests are helping local wildlife, as all profits go towards the work of the Trust.”
Admission is just £1 which includes your first hot drink.
The Wolseley Centre is located at Wolseley Bridge, on the A51 between Stafford and Rugeley.
