Adrian Summersell, age 40, from Stone, is a regular visitor to the town centre. Adrian has mild high functioning Autism and would like to find a befriender.
Adrian told the Gazette
“It would be nice to make some new friends in the town, to meet up for a cup of coffee and a friendly chat, even if it’s just for half an hour a week. I like to go to Costa Coffee and all the staff in there know me, as I’m a regular.”
Adrian has many interests including music, in 2014 he wrote the lyrics and composed a song called “It’s alright” that was produced with the assistance of Keele University. Inspired by the tragic Tsunami in Japan in 2011, Adrian penned his song in response. It featured vocals by Skevi Kouloumbri and piano by Ronald Lim, and Skevi still performs the song in her sets around the world today.
If you would like to befriend Adrian you can call into Costa Coffee on Stone High Street and leave your name and contact number with a member of staff, they can then pass your details onto Adrian who can give you a call and arrange a meet up.
