On Tuesday 7th June at 6:30pm local motorcycle racing team MotoStone, from Stone, will be attending the Stone Festival event known as Two Wheel Tuesday, at Westbridge Park, Stone, where they will be fundraising for the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC).
Their rider Andrew Lowe, and the motorbike used to win the 2015 Championship at Darley Moor Motorcycle Racing Club, will be attendance and offering the general public the opportunity to have their photos taken with Andy and the motorbike, a black Yamaha R6, as well as homemade cakes and hot drinks in exchange for for donations for MAAC.
Also available will be merchandise provided by MAAC alongside MotoStone merchandise where all proceeds go to the charity.
Throughout the remainder of the racing season MotoStone will continue to display the collection buckets in support of such a great cause, MAAC are a donations only funded charity who receive no government support. If not for these generous donations, they would be unable to offer their services not only to members of the general population but also to motorbike racers and riders such as Andrew who’s lives are saved by the fast acting services and care.
