Disability and Autism Awards Staffordshire Charity ‘SAAS” will be celebrating a Huge Awards Ceremony Event next year, thanks to a grant from the Big Lottery Fund.
After successfully applying to the Big Lottery Fund’s CELEBRATE Programme, Staffordshire Adults Autistic Society has been awarded a grant of £9,740.00 which will be used to host the Big Celebration event on 26TH May 2017 at the Kings Hall in Stoke on Trent.
On the day, all corners of the community are invited to come together to celebrate this amazing awards ceremony to showcase disability and diversity across Staffordshire. There are ten awards to give out showcasing disability across the area and community groups, charities and individuals will be given the opportunity to nominate individuals or groups.

“this is an amazing project which will showcase disability and diversity on the night! So many people go unnoticed in the community, and its great we have been given the opportunity to host such a huge event. There will also be 5-star entertainment included on the night, and a celebrity presenter, to celebrate the achievements of all our nominated individuals and groups, and even better there is no cost to anyone who is a finalist and there guests”.
