The Inn Ringers – 40th Anniversary Concert
It is with great pleasure that The Inn Ringers announce The Alzheimers Society as their chosen charity for their 40th Anniversary concert on 25th June 2017.
Each year the members of The Inn Ringers nominate a charity to support. By an overwhelming majority it was decided the team should support the Alzheimers Society.
Musical Director Paul Mellor said,
“Set to be the 21st century’s biggest killer, dementia is something that can affect us all. Several members of the team have been affected by it in some way. We are happy to be able to help by raising funds and raising awareness albeit in our small way.”
The Inn Ringers 40th Anniversary concert will take place on Sunday 25th June at 3.00pm, at Rough Close and Meir Heath Village Hall, Grange Road, Meir Heath, ST3 7BH.
Apart from The Inn Ringers performing some of their favourite pieces from the last 40 years, there will be homemade cakes, tea and coffee served during the interval and a raffle.
MD Paul said,
‘In the past our charity concerts have been very successful. I am sure this year’s event will be as good as previous ones and we can raise a good amount for The Alzheimers Society.”
Tickets are £6.00 and available from the secretary Rowena Dawson, Tel – 07816545713 .
