We are really excited about offering a Nature Therapy Day at Wolseley Bridge on 13th May 2017 (10-4pm) as nature is such an under-used resource for our wellbeing.
It is a ‘world first’ (lol) combining positive psychology and mindful awareness to both calm and rejuvenate the soul!
With fast-paced, technology-driven lifestyles in 21st century we have become ‘Nature-deprived’ (especially our children) and this is an opportunity to reconnect with out innate need for nature and natural environments. Please see attached flyer and programme for the day.
