Best foot forward for Sports Relief

Alison Lloyd, Lead for Supported Living Service, and young clients from Midlands Psychology are seen above stepping out in Stone for a Sports Relief fundraiser.

The route took them around the Manor Hill Estate before heading back to Walton Community Centre for more sports activities.

The afternoon raised £75 with monies still coming in. The event took place at Cameo (Come And Meet Each Other), a cafe where people can come together in a friendly environment to share a cup of tea and always delicious cakes. The cafe is run by the young clients of Midlands Psychology in conjunction with St John’s Church.

Many special events take place including charity fundraising, crafts and hobbies and even birthday celebrations. If Cameo sounds appealing to you, please feel free to pop in. Cameo meets every Thursday, 2-4pm at Walton Community Centre.
