The family-friendly fundraising event will be returning this year with more fun for all the family and will be taking place on Saturday 14th July at Oakamoor Park, Oakamoor, North Staffordshire.
Oakamoor Hill Climb Revival is in aid of Staffordshire Clubs for Young People (Staffs CYP), a registered charity who this year, aims to deliver a variety of youth projects to 5,000 young people across Staffordshire.
The event itself will feature 87 veteran, vintage and classic motor vehicles dating from 1900 to 1975 to celebrate the tradition of the Oakamoor Hill Climb – a popular event which dates back to 1906.
A range of family-friendly activities will also be available such as face painting, a bouncy castle, zorbing and beat the keeper, along with a number of local craft, food and drink stalls for families to enjoy.
This event will be a great opportunity for families in Staffordshire to get out and about this summer and experience the village’s celebration, as this event also coincides with the Oakamoor Wind in the Willows festival which begins on Friday 13th of July 2018.
For those who wish to take part in the hill climb, visit www.oakamoorhillclimb.org. The event will take place between 9am-5pm and there is a small entry fee of £2.50 per person.
All proceeds made at the Oakamoor Hill Climb event will be donated to Staffordshire Clubs for Young People.
