Emma Doughty, a teaching assistant at Walton Hall Academy in Eccleshall, has been recognised by Hays Education, the leading recruiting expert, for her outstanding contributions to the school last term.
Emma was awarded the Outstanding Teaching Assistant of the Term award in recognition of all her hard work as a hugely dedicated teaching assistant. Emma has worked on a one-on-one basis with a number of students this year, and made a real impact on their learning.
