Fulford Tots raise £160 for Cancer Research

Fulford Babies and Toddlers have raised £160 for Cancer Research in their special charity ‘Race For Life’ Sing and Sign classes.

Parents collected sponsors for their little ones who wore either pink/red, sporty clothes or black and white and sang and signed running themed songs during their weekly baby signing classes in Stafford and Fulford.

Sing and Sign teacher Leese Mott said she was amazed with the total raised:

“This is an annual fundraising event for Sing and Sign and I am so grateful to everyone that donated, raised sponsors for their little ones and came along to join in the fun. This donation has been added to the grand total of over £3,000 raised by Sing and Sign families across the UK. “Jessie Cat and I had lots of fun with our babies, toddlers and families that attended our special ‘Race for Life’ Sing and Sign classes. We dressed up, had a little run around and sang and signed along to some fun songs all about running!

“Cancer in its myriad forms has affected so many of us, either personally or close family and friends. I’m glad we were able to be a part of the movement to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

“Jessie Cat and her friends only have little legs but they did their very best for the future of Sing and Sign babies everywhere, raising money for Cancer Research UK.”
