Messy Church at St Michael’s Community Hall has the power to overcome

Messy Church at St Michael’s Community Hall on July 14 proved to be an interesting afternoon. A fault on the electrical supply outside the hall meant that they were without power for most of the session. Western Power did supply a generator which enabled the all-important food and tea to be supplied to the 15 children who had turned up to see how ‘Wonderfully Made’ we are. There was an ‘Operation’ game, which tested steady hands, painted stones, milk bottle elephants and messy paintings among other exciting activities.

The next session is Saturday, September 29, when the theme will be harvest.
