Stone Recorded Music Society has released its programme for the forthcoming season.
The society’s aim is to bring pleasure to those who are interested in recorded music (mainly but not exclusively classical) within a pleasant, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
The meetings, held at Walton Community Centre roughly on alternate Fridays, begin at 7.30pm and end at about 9.40pm.

December 21 – Christmas event: food and music, for members and former members.
January 11 – John Holt, Walton RMC, Vehicular variations;
January 25 – Roger Brown, 1,000 years of British classical music;
February 8 – Diana Hill, Musical musings;
February 22 – Christine Connolly, New beginnings;
March 8 – Wyn Griffiths, Josephine to Wolverhampton;
March 22 – Michael Harding, Parson’s peaches; April 5 – John Mould, Stoke RMS, With a view to please;
April 26 – Annie Russell, My favourite things;
May 17 – AGM and members’ choice.
