NC Midlands 2 Central.
Handsworth Ladies travelled to Coventry Welsh Ladies the Staffordshire side came home still looking for their first win of the season after a 19-5 loss. Wolverhampton Ladies hosted Bridgnorth Ladies a good afternoon of rugby earning their second win of the season 24-12. The result for Cannock Lionesses versus Aston Old Edwardian Ladies was not available at time of publication.
Midlands NC Merit League.
There were no league games for Burton Ladies or Longton Ladies this week.
Burton travelled to Syston and grabbed their second win of the season 20-42. Lichfield were away at Bournville but despite a strong performance, lost 49-27.
Midlands 1 West.
Longton were on the road for a match against Dudley Kingswinford the north Staffordshire side losing 87-12 and still looking for their first win this season. Stoke travelled to Stourbridge Lions narrowly losing 25-24 in a close afternoon of rugby.
Midlands 2 West (North).
Leek travelled to Wolverhampton with the home side taking the victory 31-23. Newcastle were away at Camp Hill losing out with a final score of 47-21. Stafford were on the road to Veseyans, narrowly losing with a 31-28 final score. Tamworth maintained their unbeaten run with a 10-55 win away at Telford. Walsall were at home to Spartans a close game ending in the visitors taking the win 24-28.
Midlands 3 West (North).
Burntwood played host to Edwardians maintaining their top of the table spot and unbeaten league run with a 27-16 victory. Cannock welcomed Eccleshall with the visitors taking all the points after a 13-27 final score. Handsworth travelled to Uttoxeter the hosts putting on a good performance to take the comprehensively take the win 47-19. Trentham were at home to Harborne but a 14-34 loss gave all the points to the visitors. Wednesbury welcomed Cleobury Mortimer a close afternoon of rugby ending in a 14-19 loss for the home side.
Midlands 4 West (North).
Barton were on the road to Yardley & District, working hard to clinch their second win of the season 24-27. Bloxwich travelled to Aston Old Edwardians coming home with all the points off the back of a 14-28 win. Essington were away at Willenhall, the hosts putting on an excellent display with a 65-0 victory. Linley took the trip to Rugeley suffering their first loss this season 24-14.
Staffordshire League Division 1.
Gnosall took their second win of the season 33-3 against a travelling Ashbourne 2nd XV. St Leonards were away at Whittington a close game ending in a 19-24 victory for the visitors.
Staffordshire League Division 2.
Stone continued their good form remaining unbeaten with a 34-24 win over a visiting Lichfield 3rd XV.
