An exhibition by Oulton Watercolour Society will be held in Oulton Village Hall on Saturday, November 10, from 9.30am until 4.30pm. Refreshments and a raffle for a hamper will be on offer, both modestly priced.
Included in the exhibition are geniune and unique crafts made by local people. Handmade cards, which are very popular with many visitors, are also available, and not forgetting paintings from the artists; along with framed paintings there will be loose paintings displayed in browsers.
Entrance is free, good parking is also available.
The society is always looking for new members, whatever your level or aptitude. New members will be given help and advice from Doris Brown S.W.A. Members will also be on hand to offer help and advice.
The painting classes are held in the village hall on Thursday evenings. If you want to just have a look around without committing yourself, just go along and have a cuppa with the group.
