Womens Championship North.
Lichfield Ladies travelled to top of the table West Park Leeds Ladies, with the hosts working their way to a 34-17 victory to hold onto their top spot.
Womens Championship Midlands 2.
Lichfield Ladies II played host to top of the table Buckingham Swans Ladies, the visitors retaining their first place position with a 5-27 victory.
NC Midlands 2 Central.
There were no league games for Cannock Lionesses, Handsworth Ladies or Wolverhampton Ladies this week.
Midlands NC Merit League.
There were no league games for Burton Ladies or Longton Ladies this week.
Burton welcomed 2nd from bottom Doncaster Phoenix but a 18-43 loss left them taking no points from the match. Lichfield travelled to Broadstreet with a difficult afternoon of rugby ending in a 71-10 loss.
Midlands 1 West.
Longton were on the road to Worcester but a 32-14 left the Staffordshire side still looking for their first win of the season. Stoke travelled to Whitchurch with a close afternoon of rugby ending in a 34-27 loss for the potteries team.
Midlands 2 West (North).
Leek welcomed local rivals Newcastle, the hosts working their way to a 16-3 victory. Stafford travelled to Camp Hill, a 67-10 loss seeing the county town team slide into the bottom two in the league. Tamworth maintained their unbeaten run with a 0-23 victory away against Walsall. Wolverhampton hosted 2nd from top Ludlow, the black country side working hard for a 21-19 win.
Midlands 3 West (North).
Burntwood welcomed a travelling Harborne, a 37-21 win giving the hosts 2nd spot in the league. Cannock hosted Handsworth, the visitors gaining an impressive 14-72 victory. Eccleshall travelled to Wednesbury, the home side suffering a 8-17 loss. Trentham were at home to top of the table Shrewsbury but despite fighting hard lost out 19-29. Uttoxeter continued their good form at home with a 36-23 win over Old Saltelians.
Midlands 4 West (North).
Barton were at home to Clee Hill but suffered a 26-43 loss. Bloxwich travelled to Yardley & District but a close afternoon of rugby ended in a 21-17 loss. Essington were on the road to Aston Old Edwardians and a 63-0 loss left them sitting at the bottom of the table. Linley found their way back to winning ways with a 10-43 victory away at Aldridge. Willenhall hosted 2nd from bottom Market Drayton a 69-0 win saw the Staffordshire side holding onto top spot in the league. There were no league games for Rugeley this week.
Staffordshire League Division 1.
Gnosall took the short trip for a match against Stafford Development with a close afternoon of rugby ending in a 21-21 draw. St Leonards were on the road for a game against Stoke on Trent Development, coming home with all the points after a 5-14 victory. The result for Whittington against Tamworth 2nd XV was not available at time of publication.

Essington 2nd XV couldn’t make their match against Stone conceding the match.
