Calling all ladies of Staffordshire who want to get fit and healthy whilst contributing to a fantastic cause, to tackle the UK’s biggest killer Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
Our friends at Gymophobics Stafford, Rugeley, Cannock, Tamworth, Uttoxeter, Lichfield and Hanley are offering One Month Free Membership to anyone wanting to set a fitness target and raise money for the AEDdonate Staffordshire1000 Campaign.
